Start your day with exercise, enjoy a delicious lunch, and add cultural activities of your choice – all while practicing Finnish with a friendly and experienced Finnish teacher!

Here’s what a Thursday in Jyväskylä with me could look like:

9.00 – Meet at the gym (Positive, Kauppalaispiha 3)

​

9.30 – Exercise class with a group of warm and welcoming people (My Thursday routine)

​

10.30 – Freshen up

​​​

11.30 – Relaxing walk to the Seminaarinmäki campus

​

12.00 – Lunch at Wicked Rabbit  (the best lunch buffet in town!)

​

Afternoon activities – Walking and talking: some shopping, visiting a museum, or simply sitting down to practice Finnish. We’ll plan this together in advance.

16.00 – The day concludes.
